I began to workout with Chris with a goal of weight loss and to get stronger and healthier.  Over the past 5 months, I've been able to incorporate 2 to 3 training sessions per week which have been so beneficial to helping me towards my goals of becoming stronger and building stamina.  Chris really pushes me to levels I have never gone before.  From someone who does not like the gym atmosphere, I love the one on ones and small group sessions.   Each training session is very different from the last and I've learned so many techniques that I can use in my every day life at home and as I travel for my job.  I enjoy and look forward to my workouts and find them very challenging as well as fun.  Chris has also helped me with Caloric intake as well as better food choices.  Give Chris a try, you will be as enthusiastic as I am!

I ran into Chris unexpectedly while he and his father were working at our home making us a beautiful new kitchen and back porch. Chris is a personal trainer as well and since they were at our house every day I trained with him a couple of days a week before they started on the work at our house. I've always been a runner and don't do very well with working out at the gym. I am absolutely hooked on the workouts in my sessions with Chris. I am 52 years old and feel stronger than I've ever felt before. The workouts are so different that I look forward to the next workout . At the end of each workout I feel great. I have gotten both of my girls loving the sessions as well as a lot of my friends who are also hooked the workouts. He has also gotten me on a much healthier diet which has also made me feel a lot better. I can honestly say that these workouts have made a huge difference in my body as well as my strength which as Chris says will help as age keeps creeping up on us! I highly recommend trying one of his workouts. Any one who has tried one that I know of has come back for more.

    "When I first met Chris, he was a newbie to a flag football team I have been playing on for a few years.  He always had tons of energy and was very positive at everything we did, WIN OR LOSE.  During our stretch routines we discovered that Chris had tons of knowledge in pre and post football game exercises, I then found out Chris was a Personal Trainer. So I set up a day to have Chris come to my gym and show me a good routine. I'm getting  close to that 30 year old mark and I want to feel young again and have that energy Chris is always sharing.  Chris has a very unique way of giving you a full body workout. He's got a great wealth of knowledge about the workouts he puts you through, and makes sure you know exactly how and why you're doing the particular exercise.  He's great at pushing you to do more than you thought you could, and at the same time is really good at reading people and knowing when you can do one more rep and when you can't.  This balance makes it easier to push yourself to do that extra rep because you trust when he tells you that you can. The exercises you have introduced seem to be targeting muscles that will increase my explosive power.  I challenged you to get me from 208lbs to 190lbs in part because I could not get their on my own.  I am beginning to think it is possible.

    Though I worked extremely hard executing my own routines, I simply did not know your type of training existed.  All of the exercises we have done are making me feel much stronger. "Before I started training with Chris I hated exercise. I would do anything i could to avoid discomfort and sweating. At the beginning of this year I decided I was tired of being out of shape. It was time to make a difference. I joined a gym and started what I thought was a good routine, but after a few months I felt worse than before. I felt I was wasting my time and money. I came to the conclusion that I was not pushing myself...at all! Chris started training me in the beginning of March. He taught me how to exercise to get the best results. After just 2 months I feel so much stronger and I have more confidence in myself. He opened my eyes to a whole new approach to fitness. I'm doing things that I never thought I could do. Now I love to meet with Chris and see what he has planned for our next session. Every time he teaches me something new, and encourages me to keep pushing myself farther.
