"Before I started training with Chris I hated exercise. I would do anything i could to avoid discomfort and sweating. At the beginning of this year I decided I was tired of being out of shape. It was time to make a difference. I joined a gym and started what I thought was a good routine, but after a few months I felt worse than before. I felt I was wasting my time and money. I came to the conclusion that I was not pushing myself...at all! Chris started training me in the beginning of March. He taught me how to exercise to get the best results. After just 2 months I feel so much stronger and I have more confidence in myself. He opened my eyes to a whole new approach to fitness. I'm doing things that I never thought I could do. Now I love to meet with Chris and see what he has planned for our next session. Every time he teaches me something new, and encourages me to keep pushing myself farther. I can really feel the benefits. I'm excited for what the future brings.
