Experience a unique piece of equipment, the Russian Kettlebell. We will use this to perform full body movements for extended periods of time to burn fat, tone muscles, and build high levels of endurance. We will perform exercises ranging from Beginner to Advanced.

Break your way into the world of underground training and get yourself on a sledge hammer routine. Perform tasks that you would never think to do and feel a burn you wouldn't get in any ordinary gym.


Partner Training

Do you ever get tired of spotting your friend in the gym? Do you feel like there is to much down time in between sets when training? Why not try out our exciting partner training techniques. Work with your gym partner to accomplish a series of different tasks or go head to head to see who can complete a task the fastest.

Have you always wanted to improve your breathing technique? I think it's about time you test yourself on a breathing ladder. Learn to perform a task for over 30 minutes at a time whilst controlling your breathing and working your cardiovascular endurance to new levels
